Social Worker
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the team for a social worker due to a successful promotion.
The post is for a qualified social worker to work in a multi-specialist team in Rushcliffe with an emphasis in the Learning Disability Specialism.
You will be supporting Adults with a Learning Disability and their carers. You will be completing Care and Support Assessments, support plans, carer's assessments, commissioning services, sourcing community resources, liaising with other professionals, completing safeguarding enquires, completing applications to Continuing Health Care and Mental Capacity assessments.
We will promote your Continued Professional Development and there are training opportunities.
You should be registered with Social work England and have access to a vehicle.
