Unit Lead
We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Family Service Early Help Case Management Teams (South and West).
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated in terms of their own continuous professional development, and passionate about supporting the performance and practice of their colleagues.
You will be highly skilled in your role as lead professional for families with multiple and complex needs, able to recognise risk and vulnerability and offer advice and support on safeguarding issues. You must be proactive and positive about change, act as a strong ambassador and be confident in your ability to represent the Family Service.
