Fixed Term Part Time Business Support Officer
A confident, motivated and enthusiastic manager is required to supervise and co-ordinate the work across several education-based business support teams at Meadow House. You will be one of a team of seven Business Support Officers managing the Business Support service based in Mansfield over a large number of teams and sites.
You should be capable of demonstrating leadership, managing change and contributing to the planning and delivery of Business Support across the wider County as well as within Meadow House. Duties will include the recruitment, deployment, supervision and day to day management of staff; target setting and quality assurance of outputs as well as overseeing budgets, administrative processes, health and safety and the general operation of the office. Positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential and at least two years admin/clerical experience, preferably in a supervisory and staff development role.
It is essential that the successful candidate possesses advanced ICT skills and must be able to respond well to pressure, meet deadlines, and has the ability to adhere to and implement policies and procedures.
