Team Manager - Family service Early Help Team
A secondment opportunity has arisen within The Family Service for a Team manager based at Thoresby House, Ollerton to lead the Early Help Case Management Team.
The secondment is due to end on 31st March 2021, this position will be reviewed again at that time.
The Team Manager will be responsible for up to two Senior professional Practitioners and up to 18 unit leads/case managers.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that referrals to the team are allocated and progressed in a safe and timely manner to provide good support to children, young people and their families
- To monitor performance, quality and outcomes within the team
- To ensure staff members receive training to enhance their practice and good quality regular supportive supervision
- Effective management of budgets and resources
- To report any concerns to their Service Manager
