As a result of the previous post holder retiring , we now have an exciting opportunity to join the Mosaic Development Team and to be part of the way we support and develop the Mosaic System which has the primary role of recording all Social Care activity in ASCH&PP.

You will work alongside our Technical Specialists to support with the implementation of developments within the system including the Mosaic changes that will be required as the Strengths Based Approach and Simplifying Processes programmes develop. This role is also key in the day to day maintenance of the Mosaic system and provides support, advice and guidance to operational staff on a variety of queries. You will have a chance to develop in the role and will be supported by other team members to give social care staff the skills and tools they need to undertake their vital work supporting service users and so the ability to understand the frustrations and difficulties people face when using systems is especially important. The posts are not technical ones, but you do need to be able to use IT and see its potential for assisting staff. You will have experience of working with Mosaic and a willingness to learn more about it as well as an ability to assist staff to make best use of the system in their work.

Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview. A job share scheme is available for all full-time posts: both permanent and temporary, unless otherwise stated. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
