Midday Supervisor

Governors are looking to appoint a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Midday Supervisors. The role is suitable for those who genuinely have a passion for working with children, who are respectful and resilient and who can communicate calmly and effectively so that lunchtimes are happy and safe.

Duties will include supervising and supporting our children in the dining room and using own initiatives to develop safe play activities, both outdoor and indoors. Safeguarding of our children will be your priority and this includes being able to administer basic first aid, following school protocols to report incidents accordingly.

We can offer you a professional and supportive team and training opportunities that enable you to fulfil and develop your role.

During the pandemic, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our children, staff and environment. You will therefore work with the same bubble of children and staff each day, and clean surfaces in line with the school’s risk assessment and government guidelines. Once the pandemic is over, you may be asked to work across different year groups.
