Email has changed
If you no longer have the email address that you used when you first registered you can change your details in the 'Application Centre'.
How to change your email address
The application centre is where you originally applied. Login using the details you were provided with and click on the link entitled ' Edit Personal Details'. This will allow you edit and update your personal details, i.e. Email address, Home address etc. Please note: if you have changed your email address your username will still remain the same. It will not be automatically changed to your new email address.
Alternatively, please let us know your new email address by completing the support form ensuring that you fully identify yourself to us by supplying us with at least two of the following: username, password or home postcode. For security and legal reasons we are unable to change any details of an account without proper identification and authorisation. To send an email please answer 'No' to the question below. Please note that this change could take up to 48 hours to be completed.
