The Information & Systems team is responsible for the support and development of key departmental information systems, including Mosaic and Capita One, within the Children and Families department. There is currently an exciting opportunity for a temporary Business Systems Analyst within the team. You will join a busy and friendly team undertaking business analysis, system design and development for the Children and Families Department across a range of departmental information systems. It is an exciting time for the team with a number of complex and challenging new projects just commencing.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to manage multiple developments concurrently. They will be technically proficient in developing and supporting complex information systems, as well as having the skills to gather functional and business requirements from a range of services across the department. Alongside technical skills, you will need to work creatively to problem solve, as well as having the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with colleagues from all disciplines and management levels. The candidate should have good presentation skills and be able to assimilate and interpret complex requirements under pressure.
