Data & Examinations Leader

37 hours per week, all year round

The Nottingham Academy requires an exceptional Data and Examinations Leader to provide technical direction, advice and leadership for data related services.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a data expert to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of data across the Academy. This will include liaising with various senior leaders as well as using your expert analytical, planning and leadership skills to develop data systems which enable the leadership team to effectively manage and improve outcomes for pupils.

To be successful you must:

• have extensive relevant experience and a knowledge of data analysis and research functions
  
• have an excellent understanding of Microsoft packages including excel
  
• be skilful in the use of the SIMS Management Information System
  
• have first class communication skills
  
• be able to effectively lead, motivate and work as part of a team.
  

Advanced excel skills are essential; experience in a school setting would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Nottingham Academy is a multi-site academy with new and refurbished buildings, offering pupils and staff an outstanding learning environment. Each site is led by a Head of School and the Business Function across all sites is led by the Business Principal, in conjunction with the Lead Principal, Ged Rae.
