The Central Processing Unit (CPU) for Civil Parking Enforcement in Sutton-in-Ashfield is one of the largest Local Authority back offices in the country and undertakes Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processing on behalf of 22 partner authorities in the East Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a lively and dedicated team that undertakes various administrative tasks necessary for the efficient processing of approximately 120,000 Penalty Charge Notices per year and over 20,000 permits. The tasks will include the administration of Penalty Charge Notices, the collection of payments and all associated legal documentation.

This post would be ideal for this year’s school leavers who would like an apprenticeship in Business Admin.

A condition of this employment is the successful completion of the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

In order to undertake this Apprenticeship you must be educated to/or be able to achieve by the end of the Apprenticeship Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
