We have a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to work as part of a specialist team that manages Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information requests, Environmental Information Requests and Annexe C Police requests.

We are seeking to appoint someone with experience of preparing complex social care files for release to data subjects, who also has theoretical and practical understanding of the Freedom of Information Act, and the UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You will have:

  • proven ability to redact documents and prepare complex material for releases in accordance with legislation.
  • Ability to make evidence-based decisions considering the legislative framework and record this appropriately.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage your own caseload.

You must have a Professional qualification, equivalent qualification or be able to demonstrable working experience in a similar role, preferably Local Government, for at least 2 years.
