Nottinghamshire County Council Building Cleaning Service in conjunction with Yeoman Park School, require a Site Manager to work at Yeoman Park School in Mansfield Woodhouse. You will be required to clean and maintain the building and offer a range of caretaking services for the benefit of pupils, parents and staff.  Yeoman Park is an outstanding academy for pupils with severe (SLD), profound (PMLD) and complex (ASD) learning difficulties school aged 3-18.  The school provides a stimulating, challenging and safe learning environment where individuals are valued and nurtured.

Working 37 hours per week on a split shift you will be a site key holder and will be expected to deliver the full range of site management, maintenance, janitorial and cleaning duties, also with responsibility for opening and securing the site. On occasions there may be a need to be flexible in your approach to working hours due to lettings at the school outside of normal working hours, for which additional payments will be made. You should a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an appropriate role, which should include some experience in a supervisory role. Have experience in building cleaning, use of floor cleaning equipment and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills. The school also has a hydrotherapy pool for which you will be responsible for and given suitable training to maintain.
