Residential Care Worker
An opportunity has arisen for 2 Residential Care Workers to join the team. it involves shift work including working 2 out of 3 weekends but enhanced pay is awarded for these and shifts past 8pm and bank holidays worked.
Caudwell house is a residential home for children with physical disabilities and health needs. It offers a residential and short break service to children and has been awarded outstanding by Ofsted since 2011.
We are committed to providing ongoing training and development to staff to ensure the children receive the highest quality care to enable them to have fun and reach their full potential. The post requires you to provide safe, supportive and positive care to all children at Caudwell house which includes providing personal care tasks and performing health procedures which you will be given training for by health professionals.
