Team Manager
You will have at least 2 years post-qualification experience in social work within a Fostering team environment. You must hold a Diploma in social work or equivalent qualification and be Social Work England registered.
You will be enthusiastic, creative and flexible with significant knowledge and experience of working with children and families. You will need to demonstrate abilities to lead others in achieving key outcomes, be an effective communicator and be able to work in partnership with carers, other areas of children’s services and partner organisations. This will be coupled with proven knowledge of the legislative framework relating to children particularly the Children Act 1989 and Fostering Service Regulations 2011 and other relevant guidance and standards.
