The role of the ICT Service Support Desk Analyst is to provide IT support for all Nottinghamshire County Council employees (circa 8000).

You will have previous technical support and/or IT Service Desk experience and be looking to further develop in these areas. The role is to support, troubleshoot and assist Council employees with all IT issues.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous IT support experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365
• Active Directory / Azure AD experience
• Ability to remotely troubleshoot issues with hardware and software
• Demonstrable knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Familiar with Ticket / Incident Management systems
• Working within defined SLAs


You will be able to work independently as well as collaborate with other teams within ICT. You will also need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, plus a commitment to quality, attention to detail and the ability to work in a flexible, pressured environment.

This is a hybrid role where you will primarily work from home, however some office days are required.
