An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Officer to work as part of the Shared Lives Scheme, which covers the whole of Nottinghamshire. The post holder will be required to provide support to the team in order to maintain a high-quality service to customers and carers, as well as play a key role in the development of the service in line with departmental targets.

The post is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the scheme and supporting the infrastructure and the team as a whole. The post holder is frequently the first point of contact for customers, carers and professionals and works closely with the scheme manager and individual team members to set up and update data required for reports and audits, in addition to other tasks specified in the job description.

Shared Lives is a service registered by the Care Quality Commission. It is expected that the person appointed will work in compliance with the standards of quality and safety associated with this registration.
