The service embeds a Strength Based Approach in everyday practice in line with the departments Adult Social Care Strategy and the Care Act 2014. You will need to have a Occupational Therapy qualification, registered with HCPC or a Social Work qualification registered with Social Work England. You will also be an Approved Adult Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) or an Approved Mental Capacity Professional (AMCP), or a Best Interests Assessor (BIA) or Practice Educator (Level 1) or have evidence of relevant post graduate study.

If you feel that you would be well suited to this type of work and have the relevant experience and skills to meet the job description, we welcome an expression of interest from you. In return, you will receive ongoing training and coaching, regular supervision, annual development appraisals alongside the support of a highly skilled team.
