We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Assistant to join our small office team, Monday,Wednesday and Friday. The school office is the first port of call for pupils, parents and carers, colleagues and neighbours alike - our aim is to provide a friendly, efficient service to all our customers. Ours is a busy office and this role will include varied tasks and responsibilities, with a particular focus on reception duties and pupil related administration. In addition, the post holder will assist the School Business Manager in administering the finances of the school.

The ideal candidate for the role will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have considerable experience of working in administration, ideally in a school environment, as well as a demonstrable ability to manage various tasks and priorities. Strong IT literacy is essential to the role and you should have a high degree of accuracy, coupled with a good understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
