Help us make learning central to every child’s life.

At Academy Transformation Trust, we believe that every child matters and deserves a first class education. Operating across the Midlands, the East of England and the South East, we make sure that students leave our academies with everything they need to reach their full potential.

Sutton Community Academy is one of the jewels in our crown; a school that’s been deemed Outstanding for leadership and pupil welfare and awarded Sports Leader Academy status. Whether it’s encouraging pupils to take part in mock legal proceedings or release their inner entrepreneur via investment challenges, this is a school where innovation takes center stage. We know it’s going to be your kind of place.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher to support the leadership of our English department. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and motivational professional with experience of teaching English across KS3 to KS5. You will be joining a dynamic and exciting English team, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring and exceptional leader and classroom practitioner to work in a supportive and successful team within the Academy.

If you have what it takes, you can join an experienced, innovative team with incredible potential – and look forward to a future that could take you anywhere within the Trust’s 22 schools.

Along the way, you’ll play an important part in taking us from Good to Outstanding, and we can promise it’ll be an exciting and rewarding journey.
