Roll: 164 pupils, plus four-plus class taken from children from Cranmer Pre-School and local area intending to be on role for F2 onwards.

The Board of Trustees of ASPIRE in partnership with the Archbishop Cranmer Governing Body are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, ambitious and inspirational Head teacher to lead this aspiring, distinctive Church School of the highest calibre and reputation. Archbishop Cranmer CofE Primary Academy is a unique Church School which is value driven through its clear child-centred ‘Beyond Expectation – Take Care’ ethos and to aspire to “Live life in all its fullness” (John 10:10). This ethos also drives and defines the ASPIRE Multi-Academy Trust of primary schools of both Church and non-Church schools as it works together in partnership to embrace and shape the future of primary school education for all our children.

We are looking for a senior leader of outstanding ability, vision and potential, who would welcome the opportunity to prove themselves in the context of this OFSTED and SIAMS-rated outstanding school, and who also wants to share in the leadership of a primary Multi-Academy Trust and the learning and experience this offers. In this context, the successful candidate will get not just relevant continued professional development, but also the chance to work with several other highly capable and motivated senior leaders throughout the ASPIRE Multi-academy Trust.
