Nottinghamshire County Council has a great reputation for its digital services. We embrace the latest technologies and build strong teams and partnerships in order to deliver leading edge technology and digital services to our citizens, staff and partners.

We have recently transformed our ICT delivery approach, adopting Agile practices, embedding DevOps and ITIL4 principles across our operation, with service improvement at the heart of what we do. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Service Management professional to take our approach to the service integration and management of our external contracts and partnerships to the next level.

You will help us to leverage the value of our extensive partnership arrangements with a diverse range of leading technology and digital specialist providers to deliver the highest quality integrated services to our citizens, staff, partners and customers.
About You

You will be an experienced Service Manager, ideally with ITIL/SIAM/Agile Service Manager qualifications and a demonstrable track record of delivering value and improved services. You have achieved this through your expert management of partnerships and contractual arrangements with a diverse range of suppliers. You are excellent at building and maintaining productive relationships, anticipating challenges, managing and mitigating them. You understand risk management, can juggle priorities and know how to balance customer demand and partner needs in order to secure the best service outcomes for all.

If this sound like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Please be aware this is subject to final job evaluation for salary.
