This is a career development opportunity for an experienced clinician with minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.  Primarily based in Arnold, as the Senior Practitioner for the Equipment Review Team, responsible for overseeing the team’s day to day running, carrying out complex equipment reviews in clients own homes and Care Homes across the Partnership, making decisions on solutions and returns, and provide oversight, support and supervision to the Review Team staff, clinicians and admin. Includes reviewing team targets, working to improve outcomes and team practices.

You must be self-motivated, highly organised, and have excellent communication skills.  Working flexibly at multiple locations across the Partnership supporting clients, prescribers and the service providers. You must be confident in dealing with challenging situations and negotiating positive outcomes. You must be experienced in the use of IT and reporting management information, including statistical data.

Working as part of the ICELS Management Team helping to influence change and further develop service targets and objectives, to achieve new ways of working and service cost efficiencies.

There is a possibility of an additional 4 temporary hours. Work pattern is negotiable.
