The White Hills Park Trust, Moor Lane, Bramcote, Nottingham, NG9 3GA
£10.62 to £11.96 per hour

The White Hills Park Trust is seeking to appoint a minute taker to support the work of the Trust Governance Manager.  The role involves attendance at Local Governing Body meetings to take high quality minutes that accurately reflect the discussions and decisions that took place during each meeting. Meetings are either held remotely or in schools belonging to the White Hills Park Trust, all based in Nottinghamshire.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently and organise their own time whilst working to strict deadlines.

Working hours will be in the region of 4 hours for each meeting, based on attendance at approximately 15 meetings per year. However, a flexible approach to working hours is essential as the successful candidate may be required to service additional meetings in order to meet the governance needs of our Trust and its academies.

Whilst experience of working in a similar role would be considered advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be given.
