Business Support Administrator
The post will involve day to day management of team tasks, supporting the BSO in their absence, implementing improvements and helping to monitor service performance.
Other tasks will involve budget and data quality tasks using the Capita YJ and BMS systems.
You will need to be able to build professional relationships with a wide range of people and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Applicants should have a flexible and adaptable manner, as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
You will be required to have experience of using computer packages on BMS and Capita YJ, however, additional training will be provided. You must have a thorough knowledge of administrative, office & financial procedures.
You will be experienced in using SharePoint & Excel to manage data.
