Night Care Worker
Oakhurst is a 4 bedded Children’s home based in Nottinghamshire. We are looking for professional, energetic, committed and resilient individuals to work with our young people in their care home. The young people we look after have experienced acute disruption within their childhood affecting their emotional development. Due to these experiences the young people can subsequently display challenging behaviour and risk behaviours. We are aspirational for the young people we care for and work relentlessly to maximise their full potential in all areas of development.
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and experienced team. You will have the opportunity to develop your own skills and knowledge both in practice and academically. This post requires the employee to undertake the Health & Social care Diploma level 3.
