An exciting opportunity has arisen to be the Principal Social Worker (PSW) for Adult Social Care at Nottinghamshire County Council. We are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about social care to lead on the development of social work practice.

You will have a specific lead for workforce development, evidence and asset based practice for professional social work. You will also support wider workforce planning, development and quality improvement initiatives across social care. You will be a visible leader across the organisation, able to engage at a range of levels with Elected Members and Senior Managers, as well as front line workers and people in our communities.
