The children, staff and governors of Trowell C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint a part time, temporary qualified teaching assistant to commence in January 2019, mornings only (15 hours per week). The successful candidate will need to be hard working, motivated and enthusiastic. The candidate needs to be able to support a child on a 1:1 basis with additional needs.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working with children aged 4-7 years and will be passionate about this stage of a child's education
  • Have a positive approach to behaviour management
  • Work closely with children, teachers and parents to ensure the pupils reach their potential
  • Be committed to our school and want the best for all of our children
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Embrace the school’s Christian ethos
