The Customer Service Centre supports over 440 statutory and non-statutory services, over all contact channels.  We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our busy, innovative and dynamic management team working at the Customer Service Centre in Annesley. You will manage and develop a team of Customer Service Centre Advisors, ensuring there is a high level of service knowledge, service provision and customer care across all channels.

As one of our managers, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your management skills in a challenging yet rewarding management role. Developing your team, you will support staff through your leadership, drive, and performance, ensuring that our customer service standards are met. You will be required to have line management experience, evidence of your continuous development and inspirational leadership qualities.

Your proven experience is important, however, what will really differentiate you from others and ensure your success will be your natural ability to work in a collaborative environment, motivate, inspire and lead. If this sounds like you, then why don't you come and be part of our passionate, highly motivated service and watch your career grow.

This post is also available as a secondment. You must seek approval from your line manager before applying.

If you’d like more information or an informal discussion, contact Helen Spiers on 01623 434904.

Interviews will take place on Tuesday 15th January at Mercury House in Annesley.

Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview. A job share scheme is available for all full-time posts: both permanent and temporary, unless otherwise stated. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
