The children, staff and Governors at St Andrew’s C of E Primary School are looking for an outstanding Site Manager/Caretaker to take care and look after our school.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work both ends of the day to open up and close the school. The hours required are from 6am until 9.30am and from 3pm till 6.30pm.

You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills. You will be responsible for a designated cleaning area, as well as supervising the Nottinghamshire County Council cleaning staff. We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable and flexible person with a good sense of humour, a bright outlook, integrity and good timekeeping to join our school. The successful candidate will be hard-working, adaptable, able to work as part of a team and to show initiative.

Previous experience of this type of work would be advantageous but ideally we are looking for someone with interest and a high degree of commitment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff, children and visitors to the school.
