• A detailed and in-depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Has the ability to lead by example and inspire the EYFS team
• Puts children at the forefront of everything that they do
• Strives for excellence and continually develops themselves as a practitioner
• Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
• Has very good interpersonal skills and can work effectively as part of a team
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• A willingness to contribute to the wider life of school
