We are looking for an extraordinary person for a challenging role! Is this you?

The role will follow a rota pattern which may include some evening and weekend working. You will receive enhancement pay for working weekends and unsociable hours).

You must have a minimum of 3 years management experience in social care, criminal justice, residential or other relevant service.

The role of the Team Manager is fast paced requiring a person who is a confident multi-tasker and decision maker who is able to support and lead their team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.
