Youth Support Worker in Charge
We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Youth Worker to join the Gedling Youth Team.
This a fantastic opportunity for someone to be responsible for leading Youth Work sessions at Calverton People's Centre. The successful applicant's main duties will be to plan, deliver and evaluate youth work sessions, whilst being assisted by a small part time staff team.
You will be ensuring all young people are kept safe and vulnerable young people are offered access to early help or referrals to safeguarding through the Early Help Unit, MASH or Emergency Duty Team. Therefore, having the ability to build and sustain relationships with young people is paramount to this role.
