Customer Service Advisor Level 1
Secondment – Full Time for 6 months (job share applicants considered)
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Applicants will need to have a minimum of 12 months service with Nottinghamshire County Council.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to excel in a highly rewarding area. This is a temporary L1 advisor position to join our established L2 team. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate an understanding and have relevant experience in Adult Social Care and Health Services.
You will be required to demonstrate:
- Experience and working knowledge of Adult, Social Care & Health legislation and the services provided by Nottinghamshire County Council
- Experience and working knowledge of Adult, Social Care & Health/CSC processes
- Motivational and influential coaching skills, inspiring team members to meet our goals and objectives
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement with working examples of ‘challenging the norm’
This will be a demanding role and you will be a dynamic individual who is able to hit the ground running, leading on the continued development of ASCH services.
