We are looking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated Occupational Therapist to join our well established Multi-Disciplinary Team based at Lawn View House, Sutton in Ashfield.

You will be working with adults aged 18-64 who live in the Ashfield/Mansfield locality who have complex physical needs and long-term conditions. This can also include co-morbidities of learning disability, mental health diagnoses, or substance misuse.

You will have the responsibility for the assessment and provision of a wide range of services, including: equipment, moving and handling, rehousing and major adaptation. You will also work in collaboration with our wider team, our local housing providers, equipment providers, our health colleagues and any other relevant agencies.

You will be fully supported to maintain your CPD portfolio and will have opportunities for ongoing professional and personal development. You will need good IT skills, and experience of working independently in the community and managing your own caseload. Knowledge of specialist equipment, DFG processes and complex moving & handling is desirable. Regular professional supervision will be provided.

For further information, contact Sarah Young, Senior Practitioner OT on 0115 804 0599.
