£18,198 - £18,933 per annum (A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £9.90 per hour)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator who is interested in working within the Schools and Families Specialist Services Team based at Sherwood Energy Village, Ollerton. 

You will be one of a team of 2 business support staff providing business support to the Teachers and Team Managers based on the site. 

Your day to day duties will include answering the telephone to staff, agencies and members of the public so you must be able to manage difficult conversations tactfully, respectfully and effectively, demonstrate excellent customer care skills and strictly adhere to confidentiality at all times.  

Other duties involve using electronic systems and accurately maintaining and recording data to ensure that the operational services of the team run efficiently and effectively.  

You must be able to work on your own initiative, have excellent word processing skills, be competent in the use of spreadsheets and databases and be able to provide management information.  

You must have an awareness of and commitment to Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety issues.
