Nottinghamshire County Council Central Mailroom is looking to appoint a new Courier Driver. We are seeking a highly motivated, well organised person who will take a proactive approach to ensure mail items are delivered and collected to schedule in a safe and timely manner around the County. The successful applicant will be required to undertake the full range of mailroom duties. In addition to these daily tasks there may be some need to service Resource Hubs in County Hall and Trent Bridge House by replenishing photo copy paper and stationery. The hours are fixed however, occasional flexibility may be needed.
We are looking for:
- A team player who is enthusiastic about working within a small group and is a good time keeper.
- Someone with driving experience and a clean licence.
- A conscientious person who takes pays attention to the detail in their work.
- Someone who can work without supervision and is proactive in working safely taking sensitive information around the county.
