Service Organiser - Early Support Service
Could you be part of a dedicated and committed team providing support to disabled children, young people and their families across Nottinghamshire?
The Early Support Team plays a key role in the delivery of graduated support for disabled children and young people where they are at the heart of all we do.
We’d love to hear from you if you are committed to support services which are person centred; have well developed communication skills, with a good understanding of Word, Excel and Mosaic (IT systems) are dynamic, creative and self-motivated.
You will need to be highly-organised, flexible and able to build excellent interpersonal relationships with families and colleagues’ alike acting as the main point of contact for families and professionals.
