Clayfields House provides secure care for young people aged 10 – 18 who are either remanded, serving a sentence or accommodated for welfare reasons. We require staff who are committed to providing consistent care, are able to work within clear boundaries and can further the wellbeing and development of our young people.

You will need a range of skills, experience and qualities including being fit and healthy for these posts, able to provide reports giving insight and analysis into young people’s behaviour and a strong desire to improve the life chances of young people.

Join us to take responsibility for meeting the complex needs of young people at the centre. Your role will involve key working, activity management, report writing and engaging with young people in one of our three house units. You will be working on a rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
