Family Hubs Service Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to help lead the development, implementation, and operational delivery of new Family Hub Networks across Nottinghamshire.
You will lead the Children’s Centre Service through a time of change to become Council Family Hub early help teams working with increasing number of partners to support families (with children from conception to age 18) get the right support at the right time.
You must have recent experience of frontline management within children’s services as well as an excellent track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with partners.
The post includes some countywide lead roles, and line manages teams in Broxtowe, Gedling, Rushcliffe, Newark & Sherwood and work base will be a mutually agreeable Family Hub building, with opportunities for hybrid working. The role will work jointly with their counterpart Family Hub Service Manager for the North (Bassetlaw, Mansfield, Ashfield).
This is a temporary position for 6 months, following the retirement of the current post holder at the end of May 2024.
