We are looking for a PMO Officer to support the ICT and Programme and Projects PMO function within the Council's Transformation and Change team.

Key functions are the compilation and coordination of information and reports, tailored to differing stakeholders and levels of detail; copying and collation of information for distribution; maintenance of SharePoint sites, contributing to the PMO’s resource management activities; coordination and organisation of gateway and other governance meetings. You will also be expected to contribute to identifying good practice and the ongoing refinement of processes and procedures, ensuring that the function continuously improves the service it provides.

Working with all workstreams, you will support the implementation of the agreed governance framework, change management tools, standards and methodologies, and robust quality management processes. Supporting resource allocation and management of skills and expertise to prioritise, manage and deliver the change programme, including the compilation and coordination of information and reports, copying and distributing as required. Provide subject matter expertise for the development of products, toolkits and templates

Strong skills in using the Microsoft Office Suite including Project and Excel, plus SharePoint administration are required. Knowledge of resource management tools such as Timemaster would also be advantageous.
