Talent Bank 

Are you interested in working in Adult Social Care and Health at Nottinghamshire County Council? 

Our Talent Bank helps us stay in touch with people who are interested in future opportunities across Adult Social Care and Health. It is a way of registering your interest and sharing details about your skills and experience, so we can contact you when suitable roles become available.  

Joining the Talent Bank does not guarantee a job offer, as you will still need to apply for roles when they are advertised, but it does mean we can keep your details on record and contact you about relevant opportunities. 

 What happens after you register? 

Once you have registered with us, you will be sent an electronic invitation to complete a short video interview. You should prepare for this in advance, as you would for an in-person interview. Choose a time and space that will allow you to complete the video interview.  You will be asked a few short questions to allow the Adult Social Care and Health Recruitment Team to review the information from your registration. If your skills and experience match a suitable vacancy, we will contact you for an informal discussion about the next steps.

Before any appointment is made, you will need to complete the usual recruitment checks including an application and  in-person interview for the role you have been matched against and reference check.
