We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Information Governance Advisor to play a key role in our Information Governance Team. The post-holder will deputise for our Data Protection Officer and provide a comprehensive information governance service across the Council. This will include providing expert advice and guidance, developing strategies, policies and procedures, undertaking DPIAs and supporting the development of information sharing arrangements.

You will be a proactive, solution focused team player with a positive can-do attitude. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to demonstrate up-to-date and wide-ranging subject matter expertise across all aspects of information governance and data protection.
