Working 35 hours per week in the following working pattern

Week 1    8am to 3.30pm

Week 2    8.30am to 4.00pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator who is interested in working within the County Enterprise Foods, Meals at Home Service. You will be the first port of call for answering the telephone, taking calls from our service users or their relatives in relation to the daily delivery or cancellation of approx. 740 meals  daily. You must be able to demonstrate good customer care skills, be able to communicate effectively and be aware of maintaining confidentiality.

Your day to day duties will include using electronic systems to input, maintain and manipulate data, so you must be accurate and have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications. You must be able to work on your own initiative, be able to meet strict deadlines, have good keyboard skills and be competent in the use of spreadsheets and databases. You must have an awareness of and commitment to Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety issues.
