Site Manager
Nottinghamshire County Council Building Cleaning Service in conjunction with Albany Junior School requires a new Site Manager. Working a 35 hour week you will be required to clean and maintain the building and offer a range of services for the benefit of pupils, parents and staff.
You will be a key holder and will be expected to be available to assist the security company if an alarm callout requires on site attendance. Deliver the full range of, maintenance, janitorial and cleaning duties. Have responsibility for securing the site. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills.
You will need to be smart in appearance, wearing a provided uniform and need to be flexible in your approach to lettings, for which additional payments will be made. We would want you to work positively with staff and parents and be a good team worker. Previous experience of this type of work would be advantageous but ideally we are looking for someone with interest and a high degree of commitment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff, children and visitors to the school.
