Fixed Term Business Support Administrator
Brooke Farm is a Council owned Employment Training Hub which includes a farm shop, café and garden centre where employment and training opportunities are provided for people with disabilities. The farm is undergoing improvement and expansion and you will be part of an administration team which plays an important role in the Farm.
The following personal qualities and skills are required:
good organisational skills
good numeracy and literacy
the ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative
be able to plan and co-ordinate your own work and meet deadlines
effective telephone skills and the ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally
You will receive support and training, but experience of one or more of the following would be an advantage:
Use of Microsoft packages
Ability to produce reports and provide management information
Experience in stock control
You must be sensitive to the needs of service users and have an understanding of a commitment to the Nottinghamshire County Council Equal Opportunities Policy.
