Residential Social Care Worker
Oakhurst is a four bedded children’s home based in Nottinghamshire. We are looking for professional, energetic, committed and resilient individuals to work with our children in their care home.
The children we look after have experienced acute disruption within their childhood affecting their emotional development. Due to these experiences the children can subsequently display challenging behaviour and risk behaviours. We are aspirational for the children we care for and work relentlessly to maximise their full potential in all areas of development.
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and experienced team. You will have the opportunity to develop your own skills and knowledge both in practice and academically. This post requires the employee to undertake the Health & Social care Diploma Level 3. You will be required to work evenings & weekends with paid enhancements.
