Mill Waters Ranger
The Mill Waters project is a three year heritage project, which will engage local people with local heritage. You will support and encourage local people to take part in and further develop, a range of activities identified during the projects development phase. The project's Activity Plan focuses around the corridor's past and will support opportunities, which link to three main themes:
- Natural heritage
- Built Heritage
- Social Heritage
You will take a central role working with community groups and volunteers to take part in the activities. You will be responsible for developing and leading practical activities and supporting participants with their volunteering experience.
This is a three year fixed term contract supported by the Heritage Fund, with the potential for extension if the project legacy criteria and ongoing funding can be secured.
