We currently have an opportunity for a creative Day Service Caterer who is passionate about high quality standards and customer satisfaction. As caterer you will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of food within the centre and be an inspiring Cook who can develop the food service and the team. The Key responsibilities for the role are ordering food, monitoring and managing supplies within a budget, supervising the work of catering staff and be responsible for the book work and essential food safety checks for this location. You would have good cooking techniques and have knowledge of food hygiene and be highly organised and calm under pressure.
