Adoption East Midlands are seeking to recruit a number of innovative, dynamic and forward-thinking Team Managers to join our established leadership team. This is a real opportunity to lead and further develop a successful child-focused service, making a real difference to the lives of children and adoptive families.

Post 1: 18.5 hours (to include Tuesdays)

We are seeking to recruit to a half time Adoption Team Manager post. As part of our established recruitment, assessment and home finding leadership team, this role will initially manage our mixed discipline home finding team, primarily to identify adoptive placements for children from Derbyshire, Derby City, Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City.

Post 2 & 3: 37.5 and 18.5 hours

In addition, we are also seeking to recruit a full and half time Team Managers to co-lead our Adoption Support Team working primarily with families in Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City. Working with an established and experienced team, this is an exciting opportunity for two creative and pro-active individuals who has a sound knowledge of the lifelong impact of Adoption on children and families
