We have an opportunity to recruit to our Early Help Case Management Teams across the Family Service. We are looking for experienced children, young people and family practitioners who have a high level of personal drive and commitment and excellent interpersonal and decision making skills. The position will be due to start beginning of September 2020.

This post is also available as a secondment. You must seek approval from your line manager before applying.

The main elements of this role include:

  • Acting as the lead professional in Early Help cases in line with service guidance
  • To complete structured assessments and planning, to commission, facilitate or deliver interventions plans and undertake reviews of children, young people, parents, carers and families in line with service guidance
  • To chair multi-agency “Team Around the Family/Child” meetings
  • To keep timely and accurate records of work, including running records and the entry of data as specified
